With formal degree in Business Administration with a technology focus in Uruguay, I later specialized and concentrated in HORECA channel in Spain —an experience that enabled me to bridge commercial strategy with operational realities across hospitality and foodservice. Over more than 18 years, I have led and contributed to projects across Europe and Latin America, consistently driving market expansion and sustainable growth. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I operate seamlessly in multicultural environments, building strong partnerships and delivering results across diverse markets.
